Ok so now we are encountering the one problem with your iPod it may 500 songs or more but were do you get these songs to put on your new toy? Well the first and most obvious answer is to use the iTunes software that came with your iPod. This of course is undesirable to some people given the cost of the music, around a dollar a song. However here you can also purchase entire albums as well.
Now if you are like me you probably had a whole bunch of free music to put on your iPod when you got it. This is of course mostly old stuff as it is all remnants of the songs you downloaded years and years ago before it became quite so illegal to download music on the internet. So this will fill up your iPod somewhat but I am sure you would like some more recent music on your iPod and of course would rather not pay for it.
